I am a yoga teacher and emerging therapist dedicated to helping people experience the profound, evidence-supported possibility of healing and personal transformation. My work is grounded in contemporary neuroscience and somatic psychology, and I believe deeply in people’s capacity to recover from trauma, adversity, and early-life conditioning when they feel safe, supported, and empowered to take ownership of their growth.
My intention is to create spaces where individuals feel genuinely seen and not judged—places where self-worth, clarity, and internal stability can take root. I hold a strong commitment to helping people reconnect with their potential and move toward the life they deserve.
In my yoga teaching, I focus on accessibility and functional movement rather than performance or aesthetics. I want to dismantle the myth that one must be flexible or “fit” to begin practicing. My classes emphasize sustainable morning rituals, nervous-system regulation, and mindful alignment, integrating principles drawn from the Iyengar lineage, somatic awareness, meditation, and Yoga Nidra.
My professional identity has also been shaped by nearly twenty years of living and working in the hospitality-centered culture of the East End of Long Island and, more recently, teaching at a leading wellness lodge in Pennsylvania. These environments taught me the value of genuine warmth, professionalism, and attentive care. Working with diverse populations and high-end clientele strengthened my ability to attune to individual needs while maintaining strong boundaries, discretion, and kindness.
Outside of work, I find balance in nature, movement, and a healthy lifestyle. I love riding western horses, spending time in and around the water, and connecting with the outdoors. My reputation among my former East Hampton clients has been built on reliability, sincerity, and a deep work ethic—qualities that continue to guide me in every setting.
As I progress through my graduate training in counseling, I am building the foundation for a future private practice that blends therapeutic insight with somatic and contemplative practices. Whether through yoga, hospitality work, or clinical training, my mission remains the same: to support individuals in cultivating self-trust, self-love, and a meaningful sense of direction as they move toward fuller, more grounded lives.
